Has anyone else noticed that there a 6 new trees, dogwood I think, along the edge of the woods near the bench on the north side of the entrance road.  Who planted these with what authorization?  There has not been a motion to plant anything presented to the board either in a meeting or in emails between board members in many months.  In fact, a motion was passed months ago that specifically states that “no new planting is to be done, only maintenance.”  So, who is ignoring the direct motion by the board?  Each of us is an owner of all of the common areas whether they are “gardens”, fields, or wooded areas.  Each of us has voted for members of the board to make decisions regarding these common areas.  Then, we are responsible to abide by those decisions.  If we have a question or suggestion, that should go to a board member to bring to the attention of the rest of the board, not taking action without authorization.
