Hi neighbors,

The Landscape Committee and Board have mentioned possible updates to our common areas, including the entrance beds and sections along Wilton Creek Drive. A few items have been floated so far:

Replacing some of the aging hollies at the front entrance

Adding seasonal color in the median beds

Improving drainage near the clubhouse path

Reviewing our mowing/trimming schedule for efficiency

Before anything is finalized, it would be great to hear what residents think. Do you like the idea of refreshing the plantings, or do you prefer keeping things as they are? Are there areas you feel need extra attention (erosion, shade, overgrowth, etc.)?

This is exactly the kind of project where input makes a difference — and where we can balance cost, aesthetics, and long-term upkeep.
